We pulled up to this Steak n Shake at 11Pm on Sunday (it says they are open until 11:45Pm) and they were closed. Please fix your open and close time.

From what I have heard, is that it is not something that is done chain wide but some of the owners will and others will not. If you are wanting to go there. I will definitely call them to find out if they do participate or not.
Maybe they are open, search up steak 'n Shake and you will see if there open for tommorow. Google maps usually tells you.
Wow! I have never had that bad an experience there! It makes my problems with them seem very minor! IF you decide to go there again, (I don't blame you if you won't) you should tell them they should give you one for half price, or even free!
