The lot rent, not service fee as you do not own the land your home is on, is about $659 on average. It does vary due to location of course. Included in lot rent are all the amenities such as pools, clubhouse activities etc...This is a land lease community not a co-op where you own a share or lot like some other parks.
One would usually purchase the home and the monthly rate for use of the facilities and services. I believe that the service fee for monthly rate is around $650, I think. It's been some time since we've visited.
It depends on a couple of things such as lot size. Corner lots also pay more. There are two pools, jacuzzi and two club houses. Various activities throughout the week too.
Depends on the site I believe. From what I have seen running pretty much as the bigger communities. I think about 650,you would have to call to confirm. They do have a lot to offer in the way of amenities, pools,tennis court, large hall with different activities, library and so forth.
