What is the monthy lot rent. Not how it increased this year.what is the low any what is the high.
It varies for each individual lot, it does go up every year. It went in 2017 by $12 and this year by $20.

IT IS very pricey for retirees, and every year will be up $25 or 30 dollars if not more, That's why so many houses empty and for sale, besides you pay electricity, water bill so is not 640 is much more!!!!!!!
I called and asked and was told average monthly lot rental is about $630. That covers garbage Pick up and maintenance of common areas, club house, pools, etc.
