Can one buy the lot with the home. Because to buy a home n pay that amount of lot rent is pretty pricey. N being it goes up every yr doesnt help retirees. I think lot fee is pretty high. Any suggestions?

You only rent the lot. You cannot buy the lot. But if you compare to home owners association dues, we are getting off cheap for the amenities we have. There are parks with less amenities that are lower lot rent. My rent only went up a couple dollars this year. Each lot is different and it depends on the length of time you have been there. There are no parks in the area that I know of where you buy the lot.
