Our family of four walked from a diner to the hotel at 10:15 pm, 15 to 20 minutes walk, no problems.
My family and I walked to and from a nearby diner without an issue. Was quiet and about a 20 min walk one way.
Generally speaking it is safe here. Police patrol the area due to its proximity to the university and the ballpark.
Walked back to it after 1130 from the ballpark. Streets were very quiet between the two.
