Positive: I love the big suite rooms. The couch can actually turn into a twin size bed and sheets and pillow cases are included. There is a kitchen sink, small fridge and a microwave. Breakfast was great - eggs, bacon or sausage, yogurt, fruit, etc. Negative: The area can be pretty quiet when colleges are not in session.

Jesse and his team/ coworkers were very attentive and helpful. The stay was amazingly peaceful and also fun. Very clean. I recommend the stay for all and anyone. You'll love it. Not expensive either.

A true blessing. 4 of us would have spent the same or more for two cheap motel rooms. This is like a private home with dual masters, and one had its own kitchen inside. 3 patios, laundry room, lounging loft and plenty of room to entertain. An absolute gem! Wish we were here for more than just a couple days. This is definitely a new favorite destination spot for us. Verbally located to all of the fun areas of Sedona. I'd give 6 stars if it were available!!!

Front desk is super friendly but their property does not feel entirely safe. Had a homeless person walk through the lobby and asked me for money. Then I noticed her peeking into cars right in front of the entrance. At no point was this an issue for the hotel staff. It’s only my first of two nights but it would not surprise me to find out someone’s car gets broken into here frequently.
