Great location. Clean, quiet. Close to downtown with free parking. Front desk staff were very friendly. Just dont leave anything behind in your room. You will not get it back. Would have given five stars, otherwise.

Short distance to Barrow Neurological Institute. My spouse and my sister did stay for a week while I had brain surgery. The service and attention from the front desk ladies was unique! Breakfast was very good according to both my spouse and my sister. The lady in charge of setting the breakfast did accomodate some dietary restrictions my spose had. Duly appreciaty that. We did return back for a follow visit at the hospital six weeks later and the stay was equally pleasant.

First off, the front desk lady was so kind! I told her that whoever I talked to about canceling the rest of my stay except for this one night, that I greatly appreciated it. I explained what was going on with my husband and she asked politely if she could add him to her prayer list. Kind people like her make traumatic experiences easier. The room itself was clean and comfortable. As someone who has to be a germaphobe for my husband, I thought it was nice that they leave a sanitizing wipe for the remote. Definitely recommend this hotel!
