Check-in was quick and easy the front desk staff were very friendly and professional. They have a restaurant on site for breakfast. Breakfast is not free. The room was clean and tidy and very well laid out with a modern feel. The mattress was comfortable. Overall not a bad Hotel

This place is great ... if you like roaches. It is located near the airport, which is great. However, it isn't safe to walk around at night. Our room had roaches, which didn't seem to concern the worker at the front desk. We couldn't switch rooms for two days, then we got a room that didn't have hot water. Neither floor had ice machines or anything in the "vending" area. The fridge in the first room was mildly cold. The second fridge worked just fine. Most of the staff were very pleasant.

I stayed here for a couple of nights with my boyfriend while we were visiting friends and family. It was a very nice hotel. The service was great. I noticed that all the employees were super friendly and also helpful. The room itself was modern and very clean. The beds are super comfortable as well.

Pros: Good location in the center of phoenix. Most of the room is was clean and looked nice. The staff was nice. Cons: The rooms were renovated but there are noticeable imperfections. There were hairs in the shower, and to be honest with you I think they were left there on purpose. I can't believe a housekeeping inspector could miss something like that especially when they were in plain sight. Also, that heating AC/ Unit is crazy loud lol it was like an old truck. room 325 needs work for sure.
