Asked about our room to be cleaned and with new towels but was told cleaning service was done only after 3 days. Swimming pool dirty with bugs floating around. Hot tub very dirty and not enough bleach to keep it clean. Hot tub was green and not clear water. Ants all over the ground in Swimming pool area and the smoking area. No coffee maker in room. Toilet seat loose had to tighten it myself. Breakfast was ok but could have been better. Don't think I'll ever stay at this hotel again. If anyone wants to experience what I did get a room there but if not find somewhere better.

Breakfast food was not available every day. Something was always missing...no milk..no juices...no hard boiled eggs.. etc.. Not getting up on time was not the issue. We would wake up at 6 am to have breakfast and they didn't have some food. Also, the juice machines were out of order the entire time we were there. Furthermore, the swimming pool was dirty most of the time. They even closed it which prevented us from using the swimming pool while we were there with the kids. It's unfortunate that this hotel was unable to meet our needs and that we spend our hard earned money here. Will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Managers need to get their act together. Unacceptable to advertise something that you can't provide.

Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the fire pit It was cold in evening and it was great to be outside by the fire. Negative: We stayed for a week and no one came to service the room. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Shower temp was scalding hot then cold. Told staff but it didn¿t get fixed. Hot tub timer didn¿t work very well

Amazing hotel! Staff was beyond friendly and helpful! They were always gracious and smiling. Everything was clean and way above expectations! Even had a great evening by the fire pit in a lovely atmosphere that provided great laughs. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would even go out of my way to stay at this property again. I usually don’t leave reviews but I just felt I had to with how great my stay was. Thank you Greentree!
