A great location in downtown Phoenix. Stayed here to attend a celebration and an Arizona Diamondbacks game. 2 minute walk to the the Metro Rail. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby, spacious, clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Staff have always been friendly and helpful here. Our room was clean and comfortable and in a good location. Complimentary drinks in the evening are a nice touch. We didn’t wake up in time for breakfast this time, but last time we stayed it was good. This is our favorite hotel in the area!

Great stay. The only thing that needs improvement is the cleaning of the pool. There were some guess that do not realize that they need to take a quick shower before getting in the pool, however that is not the hotel’s fault. The pool needs to be clean regularly. Other than that, great stay. I give it a 4 instead of a 5. FYI!! Parking was $28 a day. That needs to come down a little especially if you are staying more than 2 days. I still give it 4 stars.

This was not a great experience to start, the rooms are way over priced even for the area. I had just got done with a 13 hour drive from Monterey and wanted to splurge and stay at a nice hotel for a couple nights before I go to training for the next 5 months. When I got my card to go to my studio room for 2 tonight's, which ended up costing a little over $800 because of a $28 per night parking even with a discount, it smelled like stale mold. I came back down to let the staff know and they didn't ask about the smell, just changed my room without any sort of real apology. I was exhausted and didn't care, then I went to my new room and went to bed. The next morning the breakfast area was nice but the food was terrible, I really only got some stale pancakes and potatoes. Then I figured I'd stay in and relax in my room and try to order some room service which the pamphlet in the room says it's available 11am to 11pm. I called and no answered, then I called a little later and left a message. Didn't hear anything back and at around 1230 I checked their website and sure enough it says it's only available from 5 to 10. No lunch. When you pay $800+ for two nights, I expected alot more. Will not recommend or stay at these hotels again.
