I don't know why 2nd floor is called a penthouse duite, but I stayed at the resort in a 2nd floor unit facing the waterfront and was very pleased. I enjoyed watching the people from my Windows and appreciated the access to the park. I also liked the downtown location for shopping and access to restaurants. The space is very tastefully used and seemed quite popular, I appreciate this addition to our lineup.
This was on the 4th floor, it's a suite. I don't think that there is a penthouse at this resort.
I don't know, maybe because they think the entire place is luxurious, I thought it was a nice place and enjoyed our stay but it does seem like the second floor was the premium floor with its outdoor terrace
