the rooms are nice and clean most of the staff was helpful until the second day. our car got broken into in the handicap spot the janitor, great guy helped clean up all the glass thankfully. they told us we could park in valet parking if we left at 6:30 the next morning and when we parked there the same guy tired to park in in the lot further away and claimed he never said we could park in valet even tho we all heard him. luckily the 100 dollar gift card we received for attending the presentation to buy more credits will cover about half of the broken window. also nothing was stolen from the car and they told us filing a police report was waist because the cops won't do anything

The service was fantastic, and the location ideal for quick in and out of downtown. The Portland downtown area has definitely declined, but the Worldmark goes to great lengths to make you feel safe and taken care of. The parking is a slight challenge and added expense to consider.

This is a scam! We came across the Wyndham booth at the Portland RV Show and listened to the rep....7 nights/8 days FREE at any of Wyndham timeshare properties in exchange for 2 hours of our time. We agreed because it sounded like a good deal. WRONG!! We sat through the presentation and after a VERY aggressive sales pitch which included an $11000 down payment and monthly payments for life....we politely declined. They brought over sales managers who tried again...we, again, politely declined. After it's all over, we're told the free stay will arrive in an email.....LIES! NO EMAIL! NO FREE STAY! JUST 3 HOURS OF MY LIFE THAT I'LL NEVER GET BACK!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! ILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD THE WORD AND TRUTH ABOUT THESE PEOPLE EVERYWHERE I GO!!!!

I’m an owner and I reside in a nearby city. I’ve been anxious to stay at this property since it’s fairly new. Street parking is available but there is also a parking lot across Pine St. from the property. I ended up utilizing the valet since I was staying there during Valentine’s Day weekend and parking was insane. I received great customer service immediately when I pulled up to the curb. Check-in was quick and I was offered a complimentary bottle of wine. My room was on the third floor overlooking the Burnside Bridge. I stayed in the studio for my staycation. Everything was perfect! Studio was spacious, bed was comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, activities in the lobby, & business center. The only downside was the guests above me were up until 3am walking around in what seemed like high heels. Luckily I was still awake. I would stay here again and recommend this property to friends and family.

Is there free parking nearby? $49 a night is crazy

I would not park on the street due to agitation several blocks away. There is a parking lot across the side street to the north of the building for $20.00 a night. This was in late July, beginning of August 2020.

I have booked a studio deluxe and was wondering if you have to move the couch in all studios to use the murphy bed?

No, the couch supports the Murphy bed. Just move the cushions.

How is it called a studio penthouse if it’s on the second or third floor?

I don't know why 2nd floor is called a penthouse duite, but I stayed at the resort in a 2nd floor unit facing the waterfront and was very pleased. I enjoyed watching the people from my Windows and appreciated the access to the park. I also liked the downtown location for shopping and access to restaurants. The space is very tastefully used and seemed quite popular, I appreciate this addition to our lineup.
