How do you ever get a hold of someone at Door Dash other than customer service. I have had an issue since May tha tis yet to be resolved....not to mention we are one of their corporate accounts.

Door Dash has been charging me since May 2020. I informed them at the beginning of Nov 2020, that I didnt want there service. They have done nothing. My card # and e mail, are said not to be associated with a doordash pass. I have charges that say on my statement, "Door Dash Pass" $9.99, from June to Nov 2020. You have to have a email in order to do anything on line. Doordash charges me every month but my email is not part of an account? FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD. Cant you guys see that?

I actually physically just drove up here to San Francisco just to get told "there is no HR people here, we just run the app"

I was top doordasher and they just deactivated my account! All my ratings were up bit not according to them! I'm so passed off door dash can get away with this pure lies and deceitful!

DOOR DASH is obviously a shell company with a severe dissociation from whoever actually owns/runs it. Good luck finding the people responsible!!

CRAPPY BUSINESS PRACTICES. I JUST GOT A FRAUD ALERT FROM MY BANK STATING SIMEONE ORDERED DOOR DASH FOR DINNER FROM PHO SAIGON IN SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO. I LIVE FAR FROM THERE. NEVER GO TO S. SAN FRAN. NOR ORDER FROM THERE. QUIT DOOR DASH MOS AGO CAUSE COULDNT GET MY FOOD DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS. HOPED THEY DELETED ALL MY INFO BUT (?). NOT A STOLEN CARD I HAVE CARD W ME. I DON'T GIVE OUT MY CODE. RARELY GO OUT AT ALL. CANNOT IMAGINE HOW THIS HAPPENED UNLESS POSSIBLE SOMEONE WORKING FOR COMPANY OR COMPANY HACKED. HATE TO SUGGEST THIS. WAITING FOR BANK TO INVESTIGATE. CARD CANCELLED!!! IS THIS WHAT WE MUST START DOING NOW WHEN WE QUIT THESE COMPANIES? NO PHONE NUMBER OR CAN'T REACH ANYONE AT GIVEN NUMBER? THE WORLD IS GOING WOKE AND MAD. MAYBE TIME TO QUIT ALL THESE TYPE COMPANIES.
