On board Definitely! Cancelled my order within 1 minute and the owner of the restaurant has confirmation that they did not receive a cancellation for over 15 minutes after I received my order cancellation. They must be sued! Who gets my money? Where did it go? They deliberately delayed the cancellation to the restaurant in order to say the food was already prepared. Owner said had he received the cancellation 1 minute after order was placed he would not have prepared anything. I would suggest to everyone to dispute your charges with your bank

They stole from the foodbank in minot nd, and stole a couple of peoples food they were suppose to deliver. My mom a disabled woman was one of the victims. DoorDash said they wouldn't do anything in regards to deliver Tyler F.

I have had several issues with them refunding me for food that has been delivered in appropriately or money from the restaurants when the wrong order is delivered. Have never had any refund for any error that has resulted in starving. Other issues have even resulted in an answer. They hide behind the email or online and have horrible responses to me as a huge customer.

I am most definitely on board! I've had ridiculous issues that has occurred via purchases/ orders that has always been either: Waiting for the food longer as anticipated. Food cold Wrong order! No matter how much I write in the details of my order, I have not received a plate of food that I've been able to enjoy!

It's time to sue for pain and suffering! We have a baby on the way and needed our money when we needed it! The harm from the stress and anxiety they are causing is making me ill! Yes ... Made 2 different order, 1st order of 280.00, credit me back my own money for their mistake and fault drivers and only refunded me 180.00 of what I paid towards my order I never recieved. They said we processed your credit of 100.00 from the 280.00 of your full payment I made for my grocery order which I never recieved, from the 2nd driver who left my order unfinished, for 5 hours, then still didn't recieve my order even when they said 30 mins more for a 3rd driver, but still no order delivered. Then when I ask for full refund, they said we can only process 180.00 of the 280.00 because we credit your account with your money that I'm suppose to get in full refund.
