If you are a service connected disabled vet you can enter the base. You can use the commissary, Inn of the Corps, Travel/Tickets,MCX, gas, food, etc. Basically anything that charges money you can use.
Your rental agreement which has the insurance and registration all tied to it. Idk about the other
You need your license, registration, insurance, and a sponsor that's on the base. You may be able to gain access without a sponsor if you have your veteran ID or dd214.
As far as I know it changed last year. I came in November and you had to have it
