If you are a service connected disabled vet you can enter the base. You can use the commissary, Inn of the Corps, Travel/Tickets,MCX, gas, food, etc. Basically anything that charges money you can use.
If you are a disabled veteran with a VA health card, yes. Everything except the gyms. Commissary privileges. I’d ask for better clarification. I’m a disabled vet and use everything with no trouble.
From my understanding, you have to be retired from the service to access the base. The visitor center is right by the front gate to the right on Adobe Rd. They could probably help you better.
