I have had a really good experience at this hospital. They took care of me amazingly in the ER, and took my concern seriously. The doctors and nurses in the ER and upstairs after being admitted have all been super sweet and wonderful. They have managed my pain and have done everything they can to keep my comfortable. Would recommend this hospital to anyone :)

I had a bad experience in this hospital. I came in On Monday this week, I was pregnant and I had a lot of pain and I was bleeding. I came in at 8pm the doctor saw me at 12am only giving me Tylenol and asking me about my issue. I told her about my issues and I told her I also have PCOS. She then said that my stories didn’t make sense and that she needed to make sure of what I was saying bc it wasn’t true “Medically” while she was laughing. After that she had the audacity to ask me if my daughter was my husband’s daughter and if she wasn’t, she won’t say anything. I was very angry. Then I was left in the room and she came again to check me and everytime I told her I had pain she would open her eyes and roll them. There was this really nice gentleman (Nurse) is not sure if his name was Mendoza or Melendez. But he was so nice. He checked on me every 10 mins to make sure I was ok and he talked to me and tried to make me laugh. The 3rd time the doctor walked in my room was 2:30am and she said I was having a miscarriage and that I was going to bleed and have pains and she was gonna get my discharge papers ready. I was really angry and broke down, the really nice nurse came and calm me and my husband down. If it wasn’t bc of that really nice guy I would give 1 star. But I’m sure not coming to this hospital again. I’m disappointed!! Now my baby is gone and all I remember is this bad experience at this hospital while loosing my baby.

Military hospital. High Desert Hospital is 20 miles west in Joshua Tree.
No ma'am. Just take two at one time so you're getting the correct doseage that your doctor wrote for you. If you ever have any questions about medications, there are pharmacists available to speak with you. I hope this helped! Have a great day!
A spouse can be qualified as a military dependent, but not a fiancée. Non-beneficiary non-emergent care would be at civilian hospitals in Joshua Tree or down in the lower desert (Palm Desert) area.
