Are the Pit seats any good? It looks like it might be hard to see

They are fine in the middle. On the sides you'll have obstructions.

Agree that middle is best. Even the high up seats are good here if you do not choose obstructed view. Checkbthe 3D when you buy. We saw Tori Amos from nosebleed seats and it was fine.

Yes that is true about sitting on the side. Saw a show a couple years ago where we had seats in the front row on the side. Did not get a good view of the stage. In the middle should be fine.

The view from the pit is good in the middle, but can be a bit uncomfortable.

The pit seats are nice if you value being very close to the performer(s). Definitely preferred for a comedy show. However for concerts I recommend the Loge which provides a better overall view of the stage or the Mezzanine Boxes which provide more comfort and space.
