Yes you do because they insurance have to cover every human body so they charge you for baby only ones don't have to be charged is the service dog hope i help you out

Not a good idea, unless it's a children's event. Plus yes you do have to pay for the child. Totally agree with Mr. Pyle!

You will not have much room for a child on your lap. Your neighbor would not aopreciate it, unless its a child event.
