I just received notification on 10/7, with your question. I'm looking and it states last week you need this answered. It should be 1 hour prior. Just to make sure I would call, or google. Most of the shows are 1hr. If you went already, hope you had a great time. If you haven't gone yet, I'm jealous. He would be fun to see! Enjoy!
Typically doors open an hour before the concert begins, but it can vary. Check you ticket(s) for the time doors open for your specific show!
