How does one get return phone calls from Albany RV? I have been calling them since March 2 2018 and I am told that I can only talk to an advisor that is for my territory. This is May 14th. Poor service department.
I want to say, my husband and I are well pleased with Albany RV. They have an outstanding sales Rep. His name is James. Honest,never pushy. He has great experience in his knowledge of RVs. Wealso
I don’t understand How all of a sudden they’re going to tell me I live too far away and that if I get a service call I have to pay. And how dare they argue instead of transfer me to the manager that I was asking to be transferred to .
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought our RV in May and had an open issue in their service department that same day. It is now October 15 and parts are not even ordered yet. And I’m the bad guy for being upset.
How do I get a response from your service department? I have attempted to reach them via the phone (at least 3x), e-mail, and even a formal-written letter. I am a very unhappy owner of a Forest River hard-side pop-up...please advise. Ed Martin
