Do not I repeat do not go there. They missed up my eyebrow making one of them up and the other one is down. And when I mentioned that they say oh no it’s going to be fine and the never fixed it. And I wanted me to pay extra to fix their mistake.

I've had a lash lift and tint done with twice at Urbane now, once with Jess and again with Becca. Both are amazing artists and were very warm and welcoming! The entire process was explained to me and I was given clear care instructions. I love my lash lift, it's the perfect way to have natural looking curled lashes, especially if you're after the "no-makeup" look like I am. Their new location on Troy-Schenectady Rd has a parking lot (no more pay to park). Just to clarify, as some previous reviews were from their old location. :)

Currently we are on street parking as well as having nearby parking garages. Once we move to our new location in Latham we will have our own parking.
