The worst Insurance company. Hold wait time is 1-1.5 hrs. Representatives are not knowledgeable. Regular claims get constantly denied. The benefit card always declined. Submitted for covid tests reimbursement back in March, still waiting… If I could choose 0 stars, I would.

Customer service is almost non-existent. Be prepared to wait anywhere from 30-60 minutes for someone to answer your call EVERY time. Just awful!

Terrible provider service! I have been tryng to get a contract for an Albany Dental Group for 7+ months with no progress. They say, "never rec'd" documents that were sent numerous times. Everything is done through email only and it takes weeks before you get a response to one inquiry. Staff handling the contracts are not pleasant to work with and show negative attitude. If this is how they treat potential contracted providers, I can just imagine how they treat providers once they are contracted. No respect or appreciation. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
