I showed up early for my appt and they took me right in. Staff was very nice. Dr. Was nice. They did a thorough exam. Update: I fell on my face and broke my frames. My policy has a repair replacement clause. Lucky me. Shout out to Ms. Cookie, one of the awesome opticians who was able to take my pristine lenses and put them into a new frame of the same model right there. I was not expecting to walk out of the office with fixed/new glasses right then and there. Ms. Cookie was awesome! Thank you.

Accepts a wide variety of insurance. The display of glasses are catagorized by frame shape which makes it a lot easier to find styles that fit your face! There is a pre-Test for eye exam and the eye exam is completed by a virtual doctor.

Trying to get a hold of anyone in East Greenbush is rediculous. No one ever answers their phone. And always says high call volume which I doubt it Everytime I call smh. They want u to go online to do anything. Horrible. Can't wait to look for another place

Customer service was great, friendly and selection was impressive. Received 2 new pair within a week. My new eyeglass store for sure. I never leave reviews on public forums but this staff deserves some recognition.
