I’ve been going to Adam Broderick for over 20 years and the service over the years has just deteriorated. Constant mess ups with standing appointments to the point of me not doing certain service there anymore. Canceled appointments and not being able to get someone else to cover so I had to go elsewhere and they really just care. Have been with at least 4 different people at the nail bar since the pandemic. All in all overall not happy and only stay there for the few things I do because I love my technicians. NOBODY reached out today at all. Not right at all!

I have been there several times for a massage and will never go back. Their service is in a major decline because they can't retain good help. Its a shame such a nice location. Never received a call from the manager, must be a standard response !!

Was going to go blonde after new years they scadualed me and ended up walking out because she didnt do anything and she wouldn't have enough time to change my hair bc she had to pick up her kids and that was my problem?
