This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought our RV in May and had an open issue in their service department that same day. It is now October 15 and parts are not even ordered yet. And I’m the bad guy for being upset.

No they don't respond to ur needs....they sell u a camper and than they don't follow through with issues....

We had the same issue during the demo. Stated they ordered parts and then somehow got denied?? We were never informed called 2 weeks after never been ordered and asked us if we had proof? 2 months later got parts after arguing with staff, asst mgr was great and got ball rolling but never called us back. Finally got hold of manager had parts didn’t know what to do with them? Crazy should of known when we picked up camper drove 3 hours and wasn’t ready, after 2 hours and then had to drive home. They didn’t vacuum, roof wasn’t done correctly, broken parts. The next day went into camper water on the floor valve for brand new hot water heater not tightened! So what do they do for demo.. have called every day for 2;weeks and no one answers phone leave message and no one calls back. Will never buy a camper from here again and would never refer anyone to them. As soon as papers are signed they want nothing to do with you.
