First I truly hate leaving bad reviews but feel this could help others. Drove 20 minutes to this apt during a busy time on route 7. Was denied this apt bc this office does NOT take my insurance! Think they should have ruled this out before hand. I’m disabled, hard too get around, this took 8 months to finally see a doctor with eye problems that were occurring and was the reason I needed to be seen. Apparently they do not take urgent apts either. Embarrassed by how the office staff was handling this, was told that I could sit and see if the other attending doctor could fit me in, no promises though! This was not ideal for me as I could be waiting ALL day. I was mortified! While this was happening I could hear another patient checking out having the same issue. That poor man and his sons business could be heard through the waiting room. Dr. Archier was notified of my apt but refused to see me. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE THE SAME DAY OF YOUR APT to make sure you will be seen and take your insurance.

Extremly rude staff and opticianist. I just tried to ask the opticianist for a pair of glasses and she replied with no interest whatsoever.

Horrible expierience. Optician was incredibly rude. Had to wait over 2 hours and they only checked me for 5 minutes!

Fabulous experience. Dr. Sieburth is amazing. The entire experience was flawless.
