We were camping in Lake George area and on our way home, our trailer broke and we limped into Albany RV. When we asked for help we were told that they were busy and couldn't help us. They then told us that we needed to tow our trailer out of their yard. When we tried to tell them we couldn't tow it, that we needed help they let us know that it wasn't their problem and we needed to get our trailer out of there. We were willing to leave it and wait for the parts and for them to fix it and come back to get it when it was fixed but were told they were too busy and we needed to leave. If I could leave no stars, I certainly would!

Sales person Colleen was very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed us every unit that fit our needs. May have possibly gone back but we were looking at all the are dealerships before purchasing. The manager asked where else we were going and we told him he blatantly bad mouthed that dealership. That type of behavior is enough to turn us off. Sorry Colleen.

Buyer beware. Deceptive sales team and finance mgr. They deceived us about our 8000.00 extended warranty lies about everything.

Front of the store is beautiful. The rest of the place is a s##t hole. The parking area has got garbage strewn around and the RVS haven't been wiped clean. They even wanted us to put down a deposit to see a garage that was underneath the RV but wasn't accessible without moving it. So I guess they want you to pay without "seeing" it all. We won't be back.

They are THE absolute WORST. They'll do anything to sell you .TERRIBLE on service . I dont know how they're still in business. The Strollo brothers think they're above everyone, wont even speak to you. Hope they go bankrupt,.
Go their in person go to their camping supply section start carrying stuff down the stairs at pile it by the door when someone ask you if you need any help say no your just giving your deposit back
Good Luck. I've been waiting iver 3 weeks for a return call. Absolutely rediculous
Yes the Reps are nice and knowledge able.
You are stuck. Better business Bureau is your best bet or go to Alpin Hauser for much better service.
Same thing for us We called left messages no response We called maybe about 10 times Ask for manager no help told us we would have to pay for service We bought 7 year warranty plus what came with trailer Bought brand new Said warranty did not cover
No they don't respond to ur needs....they sell u a camper and than they don't follow through with issues....
It took months for us to have work done on a new unit that leaked and had water damage. Despite the extra 6000 dollar warranty I'm still paying for. Also the first thing to do if you get an RV is get t the tires aligned. The factory, at least forest river does it before they add all that weight in assembly. 12000 miles and the tire wear was potentially deadly. Luckily caught by a good mechanic elsewhere.
I will never buy a camper from them again. It was an absolute nightmare.
Call connor, hes great
Water heaters in most Jayco units are set for gas or electric. Recommend using the electric setting as they can consume your LP gas and your electric is normally included in your camp fee, there should be a switch in your control panel for this.
Not only do we sell pre-owned RVs, we have a large selection of the most popular makes and models available!
We do! And thanks to our size, we are able to get the lowest rates with the best terms in the industry.

I've never seen such negativity as I've seen here. Do you people go into the building ready for war and showing it or do you go in peacefully and calm looking for help. The R V industry is a hard one and your purchase is like any other purchase of large expenditure of money. My first motorhome a thor windsport 31 was beautiful but as far as I was concerned, a lemon. Falling apart at the seems. It was not the dealership's fault but that of thor. I called dealership not albany rv. They took care of my needs. I called thor they also promised to rebuild and fix my problems and make me happy free of charge. Well I traded it in at Albany RV. Smartest thing I ever did. I spent twice the money for twice the motor home and Albany RV is does has bent over backwards to make sure I am totally happy. Never have they not respected me and never dissed me or my needs. Talk to Mark and see. Tell him your situation he listens and cares. The employees all listen and care. They are great.
Either one.
Just keep it on it shouldn't be in the tank just the lines I think? I dont do this part but will try to remember to ask my dad. We've always just kept the sinks and shower on until there is no more pink
Don't go to them.
We bought a brand new RV had to pull teat for service. Ended up going to the Best Jaco dealer in CNY...7 O's of Kirkville, NY. They took exceptional care of us. The extended warrenties at Albany RV arn't worth the paper they are written on. You can get a great deal on a RV, but that's it!
