this doesn't go to service dept. But knowing what I know about slide outs it may be over loaded. Make sure and use slide out spray .new motors are very expensive

How does one get return phone calls from Albany RV? I have been calling them since March 2 2018 and I am told that I can only talk to an advisor that is for my territory. This is May 14th. Poor service department.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought our RV in May and had an open issue in their service department that same day. It is now October 15 and parts are not even ordered yet. And I’m the bad guy for being upset.
