How do I get a response from your service department? I have attempted to reach them via the phone (at least 3x), e-mail, and even a formal-written letter. I am a very unhappy owner of a Forest River hard-side pop-up...please advise. Ed Martin

In person. Have heard horror stories about their service dept. I purchased from Alpin Haus in Saratoga, their service dept is the best.
