I paid upon arrival but did use my card to reserve the room. It was a $50 deposit that was returned once the pending charges post to my account and it was done within 3 days after my trip.
They also charge a 75.00 deposit, which they claim is refunded in 3 days after your visit is finished, however we still have yet to receive ours back and it's been approximately 3 weeks now. It was not mentioned on the phone live, or online. Just told while ready to check in, as if there's an option at that point.
