Room was standard but nice and clean but finding the building was a little hard, gps kept getting confused on where it was but staff were nice and attentive! I got hair dye on one of their towels and they didn't get upset at all and the free breakfast was pretty nice too. I would stay there again

For the price I was surprised how big the room was. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The drive to get to places wasn't too bad either. It seems cleaning isn't great in most hotels these days but I clean everywhere we stay anyway. The elevators were a bit sketchy, one was broken when we left (there's only 2). Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We were greeted and made to feel welcome by the front desk crew. I'm often amazed that we are sometimes greeted by a person who behaves as if they'd rather not be bothered. But this crew was welcoming, told us what was going on in the city and noticed that we were IHG reward members. The room was very roomy and comfortable, plenty of space. Bedding and pillows were just right (Like Goldilocks!) Room was very clean. No complaints about anything. This was a great stay. Close enough to downtown and a great value!

The smell from the lobby (musty/dirty) extended throughout the aged hotel. While the rooms were clean and the bed/bedding was very nice, the overall feeling was one of the property needing maintenance and repairs along with a deep clean. The pool (was heated!) but was cloudy and did not appear clean. The final straw was the removal of breakfast at 9:45 instead of the 10:00 posted. I would not recommend nor would I stay here again.
