We really enjoyed our stay. We initially had an issue with our room but staff was very kind and accommodating and they rectified it immediately. The room was really big with huge windows and funky lights, that we found entertaining. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The workout gear in the room was a nice bonus. We used their affiliated parking lot across the street and had no issues. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance!

All the nice reviews for this hotel are so surprising! We did not enjoy our stay. Yes, they really impress you with fancy lights and a workout equipment in the room. But there are so many flaws and all the staff members were apathetic at best and rude at worst. You enter through the ground level but before you check-in you don’t have a key and are suppose buzz in. But if no one is at the front desk, or if they’re technology is broken, then you just WAIT for someone else to exit the building before you can go up. That was the first red flag foreshadowing this whole negative experience. They’re still using Covid as an excuse to not refresh rooms, a fun thing some hotels seems to be doing to get away with doing much less work. We stayed five nights – of course we need the room refreshed. We filled out room service request form and no one came. Cool, we’ll hunt down our own toilet paper. They finally came on the last night of our stay. I can understand upholding this policy for people only staying the weekend. But during a five-night stay, we will definitely need amenities and a hotel should be proactive about providing them. The drain in our shower was also not working and we had to ask twice for someone to come look at it. As far as I can tell, the staff communication system is just a series of post-it notes that the target market may or may not actually read. The “restaurant” in the hotel is really just one man taking orders and the same man preparing food. This is not a reasonable option for anyone needing to get to business meetings or on any timeline at all. Also, it’s just good hotel etiquette to put customers staying for longer durations away from high traffic areas. We were the second door into the hall of rooms. There was plenty of noise and foot traffic. A seasoned hotel professional would know this basic rule of thumb and act accordingly. However, the bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows were provided. We chatted with several other hotel guests who had multiple problems including the intoxicated staff members and dirty rooms. At the end of our stay, they didn’t send the receipt to the correct email inbox and I now have to wait 48 HOURS to get a receipt. I am honestly shocked at the inefficiency of this hotel and the management should be embarrassed. Please, stay anywhere else.

Positive: The staff was incredibly friendly & check-in was a breeze. The room was surprisingly spacious, the king size bed was really comfortable & it was fun to play around with the multi-colored lights in the room. The walk-in shower was great, too! Negative: The location was fine (just a 5-min walk to Market Sq) but the area will be a lot more developed in a few years. While the hotel was clean, it could have been cleaner, w/ more attention to detail. Lots of scuff marks in the hallway & room's walls.

This hotel is definitely unique. It occupies 2 floors in an old department store. It appears more stores and condos are being created in this historic structure. The entrance on first floor brings you to an elevator to the 5 and 6 floor where the hotel is located. Its bright and airy. The rooms have windows into an inner courtyard. The rooms have gym/yoga equipment in them. High ceilings are really nice. Food available nearby.
