My opinion of this hotel is about a C-. For the cost of $275 I expected more. Location was great for us, however the hotel is run down. The furniture in the room is old and not comfortable. You can tell at one time it was a 4-5 Star hotel but not now. The hotel in general is not clean looking. Floors in our room were dirty and the shower area had mild dew around the grout. The staff was fair. I called the front desk they answered put my call on hold and never came back to take my call nor called back. Then when we were looking forward to breakfast on Sunday at their hotel but NO this didn’t happen because the restaurant wasn’t open due to hotel not being filled. So overall I would advise others to look elsewhere until they remodel this hotel!

I was able to check in early which I greatly appreciated. The staff were all pleasant and professional. My room was just your standard hotel room but I slept VERY well in the bed as I found it to be extremely comfortable. Had a nice view of the river and Heinz Field. I thought the price was very good for what they offer. Had a great stay, no complaints.

Nice late check out and a very nice pool. The hotel restaurant is a little pricey, and they don't have any other quick breakfast option, but we've heard the food is very good from other guests. The only real complaint I have is that everything is pretty beat up and damaged. The hotel just looks a bit run down. It's a fine place to say for sure, but I wouldn't call it Grand. The rooms are small and dusty, and everything just seems a bit old

Average hotel in fabulous location with beautiful views. The room was clean, but a little worn. Things like a broken lock on the door, stained wallpaper, and a broken handle on the nightstand were minor flaws that I might have overlooked. However, the TV remote did not work, there were no vending machines, and no room service. I was also informed that there was no breakfast in the morning. Those were the negatives. The positives included fabulous views of the city, a very comfortable bed, a large bathroom, a fine location, a very friendly lady at the front desk who gave me free Doritos, and a great hotel rate. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and would consider visiting again, but there was definitely room for improvement.

Contact the hotel. They will likely forward
Depends if you are a walker. I could walk it but it is not as nice as walking to Heinz Field or PNC Park. If you want to see a little of the city, I would jump on the T (transit system) which is right outside of the Wyndham, take it to Steel Plaza (riding in the city is free), then GPS it from there. It's a good 5-6 blocks away and in a nice area near Duquesne university
It's a beautiful walk across the bridge. 20-25 minutes tops, depending on your pace and how many times you stop to take pictures.
Burgatory & Jerome Bettis restaurant are my two favorites
If you pull up with the hotel on your right go past the hotel around the corner and park in the garage. We parked there Friday night until Sunday morning and it was only a total of $26.
Depends on the rate you pay, is not standard
They don't have it theirs, they have valet parking which will cost you around $35/night. Instead, you can choose street parking and it is going to cost you less or for free if you are lucky.
