Depends if you are a walker. I could walk it but it is not as nice as walking to Heinz Field or PNC Park. If you want to see a little of the city, I would jump on the T (transit system) which is right outside of the Wyndham, take it to Steel Plaza (riding in the city is free), then GPS it from there. It's a good 5-6 blocks away and in a nice area near Duquesne university
LYFT are cheap and inexpensive
I would take the free ride on the subway and walk from Steel Plaza station. On a good weather day if you want an exercise this 15 min walk is really not that bad.
Oh my gosh these people are crazy saying it's not walkable. Its a nice 20 minute walk.
Not close enough. You may want to grab an uber.
Not close enough top walk. But grab an uber! Or use public trans.
Not really close. But realistically everything in downtown Pittsburgh is a 15-20 min walk
If you prefer subway take a T from Gateway station ride two stops to US Steel Plaza from there it's few min walk. PS ticket not needed for the T inside downtown.
Easy to get to
It's in shuttle distance or subway and a 5 minute walk
