The vibe of this place is old, slightly dirty, basic hotel from the early 2000s. Sure they have tons of rooms and some amenities, but the rooms could really use an upgrade and a good deep cleaning. Even the hallways would really benefit from carpet steaming and a fresh coat of paint. That said I slept fine and the price is good so I think the end result is a just your basic hotel. It is neither amazing nor terrible, but somewhere in between.

Please find somewhere else to stay. It does not worth your time or money. There was a long check-in line when we arrived. I had nothing to complain about as I know everywhere is busy during July 4th weekend. So I requested the digital key on the Hilton app but it never went through during our one-hour wait time. Finally, we made it to the front desk, but we were told the room is not ready. 9:50 pm and all I got is “sorry your room is not ready. You can either wait for another 30min or you will have to cancel your reservation”. When I expressed my disappointment, I was told “there are other people who have been waiting for over an hour”. So, I have waited in line for an hour already and one additional hour of wait time at such a late night is like a standard I have to follow right now? Yeah, we waited exactly another one hour to get the room. And now we just found the design of the room is like zero soundproof. We can hear everything from the room next to ours. I guess the only good thing I can say right now is the room is at least clean.

It’s a big hotel with lots of amenities but the room we stayed in was really dusty and just didn’t feel clean. Lots of dust, carpets definitely weren’t vacuumed, the hair dryer in the room had like ten years of gunk caked on it. There was 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper in my room and no extra rolls in case we ran out & there was also a large toenail in my bed.

Positive: Great experience. Nice hotel, great location. Love the pool options (both indoor and outdoor). Quiet. Comfortable beds. We stayed for 4 nights, and staying here was the best! (This is our 3rd time to stay at this hotel.) Negative: A complimentary breakfast of any kind (even a muffin or granola bar) would have been nice.

On game day, around 10 to 15 minutes. The hotel has a shuttle service. We used the shuttle service when we were there for the Titans game. They ran 2 shuttles and we ended up waiting about 45 minutes (along with dozens of other people) before the shuttle came. How fast you get there if you take the shuttle, depends on how many shuttles they are running.
I paid upon arrival but did use my card to reserve the room. It was a $50 deposit that was returned once the pending charges post to my account and it was done within 3 days after my trip.
Downtown for $5, between 0600 and 2200 arranged with the front desk. Also an airport shuttle.
11am open for lunch yes you can drink your lunch if you choose
There is a large parking lot yes but the driveway might be tricky
