It's free. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and extremely nice. If you let them know the night before that's great. I would tip the driver, come on the ride isn't costing you.
I'm just letting you know that Hotel you will not regret staying at they picked me up from the airport and they take you back to the airport Plus they have a shuttle to take you down to downtown Nashville for $20 round trip for two people I gave these people at five star rating when I stayed there

Hello! There is no cost for our airport shuttle. It is on-demand so all you have to do is let us know when you are ready to leave. We give the driver a call, and you are on your way to the next destination. I hope this helps!
