This hotel is clean and decent room. The staff is so welcoming, and the pool has a good size! I enjoyed my stay a lot. Will definitely stay again! And the bourbon steak on the rooftop had good cocktails, go there for a nice night cap!

Outstanding Marriott property in a really fun city. Great location to get to many downtown sites including Broadway. The hotel itself is beautiful. Everything is well-maintained. The staff is all spectacular, friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again when in Nashville.

After driving 8 hours with my pregnant wife we were taken out like Monday morning TRASH! We decided to stay at this hotel exclusively for the Tom Ferry Real Estate conference and we’re hoping to have a pleasant stay in Nashville. We arrived at 9 pm at night and received no call, text, or email before hand stating that the hotel over booked. Keep in mind we booked directly on the JW Marriott website for a king size suite. After unloading our own vehicle I went inside to grab a cart with no staff in site to help with our bags. Once i rolled all of our luggage to the front desk and sent the valet with our vehicle I was told there is no room for us. They gave us a “Complimentary Stay” at the Renaissance hotel conveniently located next the homeless shelter downtown Nashville. When I arrived i was greeted by a pan handler begging for change. As a man of good faith I gave him a dollar and sent him on his way. We got our bags unloaded once again with no staff in site to help until after our bags were loaded on a cart We walked to the front desk only to find out that they had no king suites left but only 2 Queens in a room that over looked the homeless shelter. If you ever want to pay top dollar and be treated like absolute trash then be sure to check out both the JW Marriott and The Renaissance of Nashville! Be sure to turn around and keep driving before you book this hotel or you will be treated like TRASH too!

I wish I could add video. What a beautiful place! The staff is friendly from the cleaners to the desk. If you need something, they bring it to you. A special shout out for Emily our server at breakfast and Paula her manager, Chris our Bellman, and Matt the Asst Front Desk Manager. They all treat us like we were family. One of the best Marriott properties I have had the pleasure to stay.

As far as main strip(Braodway), it is about a 10 minute walk.
