Good concept but staff is by far not the best. 1. I am greeted with a sign that says that if I have such and such symptoms (dry cough, etc.) then I should not enter - only to ask a couple of questions to one of the associates who couldn't say two words without coughing. Just like I shouldn't be there if I am coughing, he shouldn't be working on that day (today). 2. I asked a different associate about the membership - when I can cancel it if I want to cancel it - and he told me that I could cancel it at any time, only to immediately be corrected by an associate next to him saying that I can only cancel it a year later. And all sales are final. An associate should know this detail. 3. I was told by the same associate who didn't tell me the truth about their membership fees that I cannot use SkyZone socks, only their socks, yet I found a child with SkyZone socks. They don't cost a lot of money but I am tired of lies.

Place is a for all. Maybe it'll get better now that they hired an armed guard. Staff is abysmal. I've worked in the service industry almost my entire life, and people like these employees are why people don't take us seriously when we say we deserve higher pay. If you ask them for anything they act like your putting them out. Gonna try the one in Frederick MD next time and see if it any better. The Laurel location may just be too close to Baltimore.

The truth is that Urban Air in Laurel is for people of all ages - we put it thus way: from 1 yr to 99 yrs. It has attractions such as tubes playground; trampolines and warriors courses for children. The climbing walls/rocks; trampolines; wipeouts; battle beam; pro zones; drop zones; rope courses; basketball; dodgeball; and sky riders are geared towards adults population. Soon laser tag; bowling and go/carts are to be added. Everyone is welcome! Thank you!!!
