Room not very clean. Smudge marks on the headboards and table near the beds where furniture was not properly cleaned and sanitized. Large spider crawling around towels and bathroom floor on first night. Went to front desk to let them know and they did not seem very concerned about it. Shower curtain rod in bathroom was broken/not hung correctly and the curtain couldn’t be closed all the way so every time someone would shower there was water all over the bathroom floor. We stay in hotels very often due to kids playing soccer and this was probably one of the lowest quality hotels we have ever stayed at.

Slightly expensive stay. Nice rooms, mostly clean. Excellent staff! Feels a bit out of date (coffee machine in room is ancient, TV goes out when rains, room furnishings look/feel old/dated) but place still has a pretty high rate $$. Good location for what we needed. Not a crowded hotel at all which is nice.

Great value for the price paid. Would highly recommend! Because of the room type we needed we had to take a king with a pullout sofa. It was the most comfortable pullout I’ve ever slept on.

Positive: Cleanliness, location to the Gaylord Opryland Negative: Called front desk to ask for late checkout for 11:30am, it was granted. But at 10:50am the front desk called our room, and ask if we were staying for another night stay because we had not checked out yet. We felt we were being forced out before 11:30am.
