I am very pleased with my stay here! Room and surroundings clean. Updated decor, plenty of light in the room! Front desk staff friendly. Breakfast bar was excellent and kept extremely clean. I will definitely stay here again when here for business. Room was quiet last night. Express check-out under my door this morning! Impressed!

We arrived in Nashville for our vacation at 8am on Friday after getting up at 2am to begin our travel day. After touring the city we were exhausted and needed to reset and change clothes for the rest of the day. I called to see if we could check in before 4 and they said no. Once we were able to get into our room, we walked in and were hit with a strong foul stench, the whole room stunk like wet dog. We asked for a different room that night and we walked in and that room smelled even worse. I went back and just asked for Febreze for our room to try to make it better. It helped some, as I was getting ready for bed there was a knock on the door from the man at the front desk asking for the spray back. We needed it for the rest of the stay to keep the room trying to smell fresh but they took it back immediately and did not offer any other ways to satisfy us and resolve the problem. The staff was less than helpful. It was clear they could care less about being at work, much less make sure anyone had a nice stay. Staff were rude during breakfast when they ran out of coffee and I asked if there was any more. I am very dissatisfied with my stay... this is the second stay now at a Holiday Inn Express that has been quite honestly a very poor experience. I will not be recommending these hotels, and will keep these experiences in mind when looking for future reservations.

Amazing place to stay. No complaints. We got a late checkout at 1pm and it was nice not to have to rush to check out. Breakfast was delicious. Pool area was clean and so nice. Jacuzzi tub suite room was wonderful as well.

AMAZING hotel right off the main highway and right next to plenty of gas stations and restaurants. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were immaculate, as was the rest of the hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was great! I will 100% stay here again. I highly recommend this place!
