Breakfast was fine with the omelet station. Room was acceptably clean and well stocked plus had a safe which we appreciated. Parking was $10 which is really reasonable. BUT the quoted total stay price icluding fees went up $67 during the 2 weeks I booked ahead and the time of stay. We arrived after 7 pm so no time to look for another room. We paid the extra price. Never in over 50 years of traveling has this been done on a booked stay for us. It should not happen. For this reason I DO NOT RECOMMEND this facility.

A decent property that seems on the newer side. The rooms are public spaces are clean, but the value isn't great (but that seems to be true for most of Nashville and is why I have 4/5). The on-site parking was $10 in May 2022. While the rain showers seem like a nice touch, the water would only get barely warm enough to shower and then there wasn't much pressure. The room was comfortable and if you want to be on Music Row, give it a try.

This Best Western hotel was notches above any other BW I've stayed in, as well as many other brand hotels for a family that I have stayed in! It must have been recently remodeled, so it is very modern and a bit edgy. Here are a few highlights: walkable to Broadway Street, really nice and clean lobby with a huge area where the complimentary breakfast (with made-to-order omelettes bar!), Smartly designed and rooms with great storage spaces, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker, safe, AND (our personal favorite) memory foam mattresses!! We thought it was strange that the pillows were so small, but oh well, they and the bed were super comfortable. It wasn't until I went to write this review that I saw a different one mention the pillows are not small, just folded inside pillowcase, so you just take it out and fluff it up. Now I know! We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Nashville!

This recently opened hotel offers basic accommodation in a highly desirable location. The furnishings are new, fresh, and in a contemporary sleek style; backgrounds and surfaces are meticulously maintained; housekeeping is immaculate; the staff is professional and efficient. The one guest/one night rate including breakfast and free cancellation (parking additional) appeared to be an exceptional value, a steal, in fact. My first room had no heat (January), no streaming television (NFL Divisionals), no in-room connectivity. My second room had intermittent streaming television and no in-room connectivity. In between, I waited next to the body of an unconscious man piled on a sofa in the lobby. One could easily assume his room had no beds. I did not stay for breakfast.
