It’s an okay hotel. No issues with our service animal. The room was clean but most of furniture need to be replaced because some it of worn out or ripped. Bathroom needs a update . Beds were comfortable and room is spacious. Overall it was good

Positive: The hotel is in a great area. It¿s close to airport and other eating areas. I felt safe getting out and walking. They have 2 great outdoor spaces and the breakfast was plenty to choose from. Negative: One man was allowed to let his dog run around inside without a leash. One member of our party asked for toilet paper and was told they were out. She had to ask for the manager who got her the toilet paper.

Booked a room well in advance. Drove 8 hours from Chicago with my family of 5 only to be told they were out of rooms. No worries they said, just take this piece of paper up to Hyatt and you can stay there for free. Get to Hyatt 5 minutes later, followed by the 3 or 4 families that got turned away behind me. Had to wait over an hour for Home2 to send the necessary credit card info to get checked in. Someone who works in hotels is reading this saying, "We have to overbook, you don't get it." My response to that is, screw you. You can't eff with road weary families like that. It's all good. Lots of hotel choices out there. Cross the entire Hiton line off my list.

I very much enjoyed my overnight stay (June 6-7) at the Home2 Suites near Nashville Airport. My brother and I had traveled by car all day from Oklahoma City. The hotel was located in a quiet, tucked away area right off I 40. The property and our room was clean and plenty of space for us and my pet to relax and get a good night's rest before continuing our toad trip to North Carolina. I was happy with breakfast and the service at the property. I would stay here again!
