We made a last minute reservation the night before because we were unhappy with the hotel we had previously chosen. They let us check in at 11 am, immediately after we left the other place. This room is great! It's large and has pretty much everything we could ask for, including an actual kitchenette and desk area somewhat separated from the rest of the space and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower! We are beyond glad to have switched hotels and just wished we had payed the bit of extra expense for this suite in the first place. *Will update if there are any glaring issues overnight or with amenities we haven't visited yet, but I don't expect to edit.

I came to stay with my 6 month old from a long flight. We were both exhausted and hungry first thing i did was feed him then order my self something. I didn’t check the room assuming a hotel room should be clean when you check in. There were these flyers in the room i assumed every room had them just scattered in the floor. I go to take a shower because this heat is gross the shower is disgusting and there’s a used bar of soap. I then go to calm my fussy baby and there’s a bug in the bed. Then i grab my water bottles to put in the fridge to wake up to cold water and there’s items in the fridge. I call downstairs the best they can do is switch my room while my little one is crying and i have to repack and haul my things somewhere else! I ask them how do i know if the room will be clean? Disgusting experience nobody should ever come here. I’m currently holding my baby while he sleeps. They say they can’t comp my room to wait until morning to see what they can do. Extremely frustrated.

Beautiful grounds and hotel. No coffee or water in the lobby available which is usual for level of hotel. Maid service was not to our expectations. Our room was not cleaned. We called to get the room clean. The maid supervisor came did a great job of taking care of the situation. Breakfast is 18.95 the all you can eat can eat well I am not paying th t amount for one plate of food. Included with the room with would be better especially at the rates of the rooms. Overall the rooms were maintained and I liked the security in the parking lot but the what brings back is how I treated.

Room was beautiful. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Clean and spacious for the price. Shower pressure was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Also, the husband and I love watching airplanes so that was an added bonus for us. Everyone was kind and helpful as well. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely will stay again!!
