Don't expect excellent customer service over the phone for a quote. I called to ask a simple question about hemming a pair of men's suit pants. Long pause....$12 ON UP, WE DON'T KNOW...! How about saying, "We usually start at $12, but if you would like to come in, we could determine the exact cost at that time"... Customer service over the phone goes a long way... I went elsewhere instead...

I think she can. Not much different from fixing those on pants and jackets. You can also call and ask her. She's very nice!
You would need to call her or stop by to find that out. I'm sure tapering is more expensive than hemming, and hemming usually costs around $7 a pair, if I recall correctly.
