Worst motel I have ever stayed in. At check in was not told of possible extra charges. Motel is non smoking but was told it was OK to smoke outside my room. After checking out I checked my bank account and I was charged an extra 100.00 because my room had a smoke smell. Had I been notified at check in of this possible charge I would not have smoked where I was told I could. I never signed, Initialed or was even told about possible charges. Tried to call and was told the owner would call back which he never did. Our room had black mold along the baseboards of the bathroom, under the sink was nasty with dirt, towels were torn and obvious drink rings were on the nightstand. By the end of the trip I was charged 194.69 dollars for a filthy room. I would NEVER stay here again or recommend this so called motel to anyone. Save your money.

If I could give this 0 I would. Tried contacting manager 5 different times who is never on site. It is obviously the owner who doesn’t care. To start, booked a room with 2 beds and when we arrived to our room it was 1 bed instead of the 2 double beds we booked and paid for. When we went to the front desk, we were told there is nothing they can do and no other rooms are available. We went back to the room and the air conditioner was not on so the floor was all wet with condensation. The room looked to be in despair with no trim on the wall, the microwave filled with mold and the office chair looked to be pulled out of a dumpster. When we tried to call the front desk the phone did not work and had to walk back to the front desk. The front desk said a manager will be in contact with us. Went back to room and room key did not work, had to go back to front desk. Then tried to settle in and there was no remote control to the TV. Requested one (Yet another trip to front desk) and was told you do not have any extra in stock and can not help if it is not in the room.

Checked in, went to room and it was dirty. Hair in bathtub, vent cover hanging down and dead bugs. Mini-fridge had crumbs in it. Walked right back down and turned in keys. Lost $115.00 but wasn't going to stay there. Staff didn't offer to clean room or change our room. Door to front desk didn't even work, you had to manually slide it open to even get in.

Latoya was amazing and definitely deserves a raise she really keeps people smiling and works really hard to make sure guests have the best experience. Breakfast was amazing (fresh fruit, sausage, eggs, waffles, French toast, cereal, coffee, juice, and more.) shower pressure was amazing. Parking lot was well lit and felt very safe. Rooms were a little out dated but did not take away from our experience.
