The quality and skill of the ladies who do the laser has gone down. I've been coming for about 3 years. When Niki was there she was super professional and could get a lot done in the allotted time. I have referred several other women to Vartany's for laser and they all used to love it as well but now we keep talking about who we had and different reasons we are displeased. Some are new and inexperienced, some too slow, etc. The last person who did my laser was very slow, I felt like she was barely caressing me with the laser, and she seemed more interested in chatting. She was nice but I had to remind her to keep lasering me since I'm paying by time. For $100 (15 min) I can usually get 2-3 times as much done. Also, no one there wears a mask. It's a shame to see the quality go down in the last couple years. I used to enthusiastically refer people but now I wonder if I should find a different place.

I'm doing laser here with Priscilla, she is very good, super fast, very clean place, but I'm very disappointed because I just had my 9th session and I still have a lot of hair.
