Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Green Hills

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend visit to Nashville while visiting family that lived over an hour away. I must say I am quite impressed with this Courtyard! The room was clean and spacious and the A/C worked great. We did not utilize the restaurant or cafe but noticed other people did. We had planned on going to explore Nashville and doing some sight seeing on Saturday but the temperatures were in the low 90s so opted to stay and enjoy the rooftop pool instead. It's not everyday you see the outdoor pool on the roof and it was much nicer than the neighboring hotel's pool that was under a garage. The pool area was spacious and had plenty of seating and tables. We did have to ask for towels to be brought up, but that was an easy fix. The garage was a tight squeeze to get into but really we should have just parked on the street and saved the money. Something for us to remember next time. The bathroom in the room looked new and modern which a spacious shower and everything we needed. We did not bring our dog on this trip but did notice other guests did bring their pets (always great to meet a friendly dog!). The hotel does have a small pet relief area we astro turf and a water bowl attached to a house. The area seemed log enough to be able to throw a ball for your dog to run up and down if that's something you wanted to do. Overall, a great hotel and would definitely stay here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is so rude to everyone especially children. They look at you like you are a problem. On top of this the room smelled, the microwave was disgusting and their bell hop carts are broken. Terrible experience and we only stayed one night. Charged 30 dollars for parking in the parking garage only for the front desk to say there’s homes less people that go down there so watch your things. I’ve been trying for a week to get a refund from Marriott and the hotel won’t respond. This was our first time staying at a Marriott as we usually stay with Hilton. I will never again stay at a Marriott hotel because of this awful experience.

Hotel is tucked away and very quiet. Check in and check out was easy and all the staff we talked with were really nice! The entire hotel was clean and quiet the whole weekend!

Very clean rooms, and comfy beds. All employees were very friendly and helpful! The owner/manager was very friendly and nice to converse with. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
