Pulled into Drive Thru 20 minutes before closing. Car in front of me just pulling just completed their order and was 3rd in line from pickup window. I am then told, with no apology, the car in front of me was the last order. So we're shutting down the drive thru at 9:40p? Your Frosty isn't that good. I drove 15 min to another FF place that also closes at 10p. Not only did did they happily take my order at 9:57pm, but I sat in the parking lot and watched them fill orders until 10:15p. Some places want business, others want out the door at 10:01p. This Wendy's lost my business forever. We vote with our wallets.

Closes earlier than it’s supposed to. Ordered online and when we got there (15 minutes before closing) they said they were closed and couldn’t give us our order (even though their website let us place it). Had to call customer service which was also closed. Awaiting my refund. Other times the restaurant has not accepted anything but cash. This store needs a corporate review or better managers - the manager was there when all this closing early happened btw.

This place is really hit or miss. Eating here if you want tasty fast food, This one is a gamble. The drive through crew that works here typically sounds like they're just trying to rush you through and get on with their day. Those new "always fresh and crunchy" 🍟 typically aren't.

As soon as you get in the drive thru a older lady when fuss and yell ! Just flat out be rude as can be. They need training in customer service. The district manager needs to get ahold of their employees. Seriously if you ask for ketchup they will say “No” and slam the window
