They have an employee policy if they don't want to do something they will just say they don't have the key for it. They "mysteriously" havent been able to get me ice twice and unable to get me propane once, all because of the great key shortageThank you for reaching out! We apologize for your experience. Crowded and dirty. Bathrooms were disgusting. Coffee and fountain drinks selections were out of stock. They didn't have lids out for some cup sizes. It looks like vendors haven't visited in days as they were out of many drink and snack …Thank you for visiting Thorntons and for your review.
